All drivers of vehicles entering upon any public parking area shall follow and comply with any directional markers or signs therein.
SEC. 89.08. U-TURNS.
When appropriate signs are erected, no person shall turn any vehicle on any public roadway so as to proceed in the opposite direction.
SEC. 89.09. DRIVING OVER DOUBLE LINE.
When any roadway is divided into lines by a painted double parallel solid line no person driving a vehicle shall drive to the left thereof except when turning to the left across any such marking at any intersection or into, or out of, a driveway.
