When the operator of a commercial vehicle first parks such vehicle in a commercial loading zone, time limit zone or no parking zone with the intent to remain for a period of time in excess of thirty (30) minutes, he/she shall activate and display within the vehicle, in accordance with Section 88.06.1, a personal parking meter approved by the Department.
