The Personnel Department shall make payments of $1,000 each to Qualified non-profit organizations and Qualified Neighborhood Councils for the recruitment of each successful candidate for the position of Police Officer with the Los Angeles Police Department who identifies that organization or Neighborhood Council as the Recruiter.
