   The powers, duties and functions of the Office of Finance involving the development and administration of workplace safety programs are transferred to the Personnel Department. The General Manager shall report on a quarterly basis to the Mayor, City Council, the City Administrative Officer and the Chief Legislative Analyst regarding the duties relating to workplace safety issues.
