Sec. 23.71. Board of Library Commissioners.

   Said Department is under the control and management of a board of five commissioners known as the Board of Library Commissioners, hereinafter referred to in this chapter as the Board.

   The Board of Library Commissioners shall have the powers and duties enumerated in the City Charter, including but not limited to Sections 506, 532, 534 and 535.
