(a) The Board’s relationship to the General Manager of the Department of the Zoo shall be advisory.
(b) Advisory Committees: The Board may create advisory committees pursuant to Subsection (f) of Section 22.706.
(c) The Board may request the General Manager to report on the status of the Department’s operations, including progress of construction projects , animal transactions, fund raising, and revenue.
