(a) The functions, budgetary and grant resources, and the assets and liabilities related to the Older Americans Act funded program, are hereby transferred from the Community Development Department to the Department.
(b) Rules and regulations previously authorized and adopted, and operative at the effective date of this chapter with respect to existing City programs, activities and services provided for senior citizens, shall remain in full force and effect until adoption of further City Council resolutions or orders with respect thereto.
