All contracts of indemnity and insurance policies shall be approved by the Risk Manager. The City Attorney shall approve the form of all bonds. If the contract of indemnity or insurance policy is approved by the Risk Manager, such approval and date of approval shall be endorsed on the document and any copies thereof. If the bond is accepted by the Risk Manager, such acceptance and date of approval shall be endorsed on the document and any copies thereof.
