The form of the bonds issued under the provisions of Article 1, Chapter 4, Division 4, Title 4 of the California Government Code or pursuant to the provisions of Article XIIIA, Section 1(b) of the California Constitution shall be as approved by the Council when it approves and authorizes each specific issue of bonds.
