Any person dissatisfied with the amount of relocation assistance made available to such person for property being acquired for a Facilities Project, as defined in Chapter 21, Article 1.5, Section 22.500.1 of this Code, may have the amount reviewed by the Board of Commissioners of the department having control of the funds appropriated or otherwise made available for the acquisition of the subject real property, which is hereby designated as the Appellate Board for Relocation Assistance for Facilities Projects, as defined in this Code. The Board of Commissioners of the department having control of the funds appropriated or otherwise made available for the acquisition is authorized to promulgate rules for said review and appeal.
