(a) The owner/developer shall consider the suggestions made by the Planning Commission. After making changes as he/she feels appropriate, the owner/developer shall formally submit the preliminary PUD plan (eight copies) and the zone change request to the Planning and Zoning Administrator at least fifteen (15) working days prior to the next meeting. The preliminary PUD plan shall be placed on the agenda for the next regular meeting of the Planning Commission.
(b) The formal submission shall be accompanied by a non-refundable fee of fifty dollars ($50.00). Plan Review plus ten dollars ($10.00) per dwelling unit in the entire PUD. See Fees and Deposits as specified in Section 1102.09. (Ord. 85-12. Passed 9-17-12.)
