Where a central water supply system does not exist within a reasonable distance of a proposed subdivision as determined by the Village Board of Public Affairs, and where the proposed subdivision is not located within a water district, the sub-divider may propose individual water wells to serve each sublot. Such wells shall conform to the requirements of the Trumbull County Board of Health, the Ohio Board of Health and/or the Ohio Environmental Protection Agency.
