(a) All parking violations under this chapter shall carry a penalty of twenty dollars ($20.00) if paid in full to the Lorain Municipal Court within seventy-two hours from time of issuance. If paid after seventy-two hours, the penalty shall be forty dollars ($40.00).
Whoever has not paid parking tickets after seventy-two hours shall be notified by U.S. Mail of such delinquency and shall be cited into court.
