(A) Permits, Fees.
(1) Permits authorized as described by this Chapter will be granted upon payment of an annual fee of seventy-five dollars ($75.00) for each required permit, provided that any application for a permit shall be approved by the Bureau of Fire Prevention.
(2) Issued permits shall be kept on the premises designated therein at all times and shall be readily available for inspection by the fire code official. Permits shall be displayed in a conspicuous location near the Certificate of Occupancy or a location approved by the fire code official.
(3) Fees for underground or aboveground storage tanks to be used for fuel oil, gasoline and other flammable or combustible liquids or gases shall be as follows:

(4) If a manufacturer or wholesaler of fireworks has paid an original or a renewal licensure application fee in accordance with paragraph (Q)(1)(3317.1) of rule 1301:7-7-33 of the Administrative Code, then the manufacturer or wholesaler of fireworks is not required to pay a fee for the Class 1 magazine storage permit required by paragraph (E)(1)(a)(i)(a) (105.1.1.1.1) authorized by this section.
(5) Fees for multiple permits. When multiple permits are applied for a specific event or approved construction at the same location, such permit application may be consolidated into a single permit application. The applicant shall pay the first permit fee of seventy-five dollars, and shall pay a fee of twenty-five dollars per permit thereafter for all permits of the same application.
(B) Inspection Fees.
(a) Construction inspection fees. The Fire Prevention Bureau shall require new construction inspection fees as follows:
(1) Initial inspection fee of two hundred dollars ($200.00).
(2) Re-inspection fee of fifty dollars ($50.00).
(3) First follow-up inspection fee of one hundred dollars (100.00).
(4) Second follow-up inspection fee of one hundred-fifty dollars ($150.00).
(5) Third follow-up inspection fee of two hundred dollars ($200.00).
(6) Fourth follow-up inspection fee of three hundred dollars ($300.00).
(7) Subsequent follow-up inspection fees are increased in fifty dollar ($50.00) increments.
(b) Fire safety inspection fees. The Fire Prevention Bureau shall require fire safety inspection fees for all inspections required by the State, including but not limited to: Private schools, Child and Adult Care facilities, Group Homes and Child foster homes.
(1) Inspection fee of fifty dollars ($50.00).
(2) First re-inspection fee of twenty-five dollars ($25.00).
(3) Second re-inspection fee of fifty dollars (50.00).
(4) Subsequent re-inspection fees are increased in fifty-dollar increments ($50.00).
(5) Fire safety inspection fees for child daycare and child foster homes caring for eleven or fewer children shall be fifty dollars ($50.00).
(6) Fire safety inspection fees for the storage of explosives and explosive materials are waived for storage facilities on a licensed premises pursuant to this Chapter or Chapter 3743 of the Ohio Revised Code and 1301:7-7-33 ofthe Ohio Administrative Code.
(C) Mandatory and Required Operational Permits. Any mandatory permits or required operational permits authorized by the Ohio Fire Code shall be enforced and imposed. Those fees shall be subject to section (A)(5) herein.
