1513.01 CERTIFIED GRADING/CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY.

Subject to Section 1513.02, prior to the issuance of a certificate of occupancy being issued, a certified grading plan shall be submitted and approved by the Lorain City Engineering Department. (Ord. 28-03. Passed 3-3-03.)
