915.602 REMOVAL CREDITS.

Where applicable, the City may elect to initiate a program of removal credits as part of these rules and regulations to reflect the POTW's ability to remove pollutants in accordance with 40 CFR, Part 403.7. (Ord. 30-14. Passed 3-3-14.)
