The City shall collect fees as described below. The Water Pollution Control Board may periodically review and amend fees as necessary.

(d) Accidental discharge procedures | Based on cost to City |
(e) Industrial user orders issuances | $15.00 per 1,000 gallons per day not to exceed $1,500 per year |
