913.606 REGULATING AND ENFORCING AGENCIES.

The City Water Pollution Control Department, the Director of Public Service and Safety and the City Water Pollution Control Board shall be the sole regulating and enforcing agencies of water pollution for the City of Lorain, Ohio.
