913.504 VIOLATION PENALTY FOR SUB-CHAPTER 913.500.

Any person, firm, or corporation violating the provisions of this Sub-Chapter shall be subject to a penalty of one thousand dollars ($1000) per violation. In addition, such person, firm, or corporation shall be liable for any expense, loss or damage occasioned by reason of such violation.
