Any person, firm or corporation discharging such wastes into the facilities of the City sewerage must comply with a discharging rate and use those locations designated by the Superintendent of Water Pollution Control and shall pay a rate up to two-hundred and fifty dollars ($250.00) per 1,000 gallons as a disposal charge. Payment procedure shall be established by the Director of Utilities. (Ord. 52-18. Passed 4-23-18.)
