913.023 UNAUTHORIZED MATERIAL DISCHARGES IN SEWERS.

No person without written authorization from the Water Pollution Control Board or the Superintendent of Water Pollution Control, shall place any materials or substance into any sewer through a manhole leading to the sewer. Any offender shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and fined as provided for in Sub-Chapter 913.600. Each offense shall be considered to be a separate offense.
