911.414 LIMITING SIZE OF MAIN TO BE TAPPED.

Water mains sixteen (16) inches in size or larger are considered transmission mains and shall not to be tapped for water service. Approval to provide service from a transmission main shall be on a case-by-case basis by the Director of Utilities in coordination with the Engineering Department. (Ord. 151-23. Passed 7-17-23.)
