Advance payment of the established charge for tap and water service connection must be made by the applicant for water service. Schedule of current tap and water service connection charges for all allowable sizes shall be, as hereinafter stated, kept on file in the Engineering Department. (Ord. 151-23. Passed 7-17-23.)
