Customers delinquent in payment for charges for water/sewer service supplied, or for meter or service repairs will not be given service to other properties owned or rented out by them until all bills owed by the applicant shall have been paid in full. Neither will service be given to his agent or tenant for property owned by the Customer who is delinquent. (See Section 911.207).
