725.04 BEER, INTOXICATING LIQUOR PROHIBITED ON PREMISES.

No patron or other person on the premises of a drive-in restaurant, whether in or out of an automobile, shall drink any beer or other intoxicating liquor or have in his possession any open bottle, can, or other receptacle containing beer or alcoholic beverages of any other type, nature or description. (Ord. 77-66. Passed 6-6-66.)
