§ 70.05 PROHIBITED DRIVING.

It is unlawful for any person to drive or operate a motor vehicle and/or trailer upon a public sidewalk and/or trail designated for pedestrian traffic within the city, except for when necessary to enter or exit an alley way or driveway where access is provided or when necessary for clearing snow off of the sidewalk and/or trail.
