§ 70.04 EXHIBITION DRIVING.

No person shall turn, accelerate, decelerate or otherwise operate in any manner which creates or causes unnecessary engine noise or backfire, tires squealing, skidding, sliding or swaying, the driving not constituting careless or reckless driving under the laws of the state.
