Sec. 33-11 No exemption from ordinances or laws.

Except as expressly provided otherwise in this article, neither the provision of any Assistance nor anything in this article or any agreement or document executed pursuant to this article shall be construed to exempt a Project or the Applicant from the obligation to comply fully with the city's building codes, zoning ordinances, utility codes, and any other ordinances and any state and federal laws that are applicable to the Project.
