§ 155.35 DESIGNATION OF ADMINISTRATOR.
   The Town Council of the Town of Long Beach shall and does appoint the Building Commissioner to administer and implement the provisions of this chapter, who shall be referred to as the Floodplain Administrator in the applicable provisions of this chapter.
