§ 155.15 LANDS TO WHICH THIS CHAPTER APPLIES.
   This chapter shall apply to all areas of special flood hazard (SFHAs) within the jurisdiction of the Town of Long Beach, Indiana as identified in § 155.16, including any additional areas of special flood hazard annexed by the Town of Long Beach, Indiana.
