7-1-5: RUNNING AT LARGE PROHIBITED 1 :
No owner shall permit any animal (including fowl) owned, harbored, or kept by him, except a cat, to be at large within the city. It is unlawful for any animal, except a cat, to be at large at any time within the city. (1990 Code § 4-102; amd. 2006 Code)
