1060.03 COLLECTION BY BOARD OF PUBLIC UTILITIES.

(a) It shall be the duty of the Board of Public Utilities to collect solid waste from each single-family residential dwelling unit (SFRDU), multi-family residential unit (MFRDU), and commercial/institutional premises on a schedule to be determined by the Board.

(b) It shall be the duty of the Board of Public Utilities to collect recyclables from each single-family dwelling unit (SFRDU) on a schedule to be determined by the Board.
