As used in this chapter:
(a) "Bag/Tag Distributor " means retail and institutional establishments from which PAYT disposal authorization are available.
(b) "Board" means the Board of Public Utilities of the City.
(c) "City" means the City of London, Ohio.
(d) "Commercial/institutional" means nonindustrial businesses, non-profit organizations, government and other public entities.
(e) "Containerization" means the packaging of solid waste in preparation for collection.
(f) “Multi-Family Residential Dwelling Unit (MFRDU)" means residence contained under a common roof with five or more units.
(g) "Pay-As-You-Throw (PAYT)” means the incentive based rate system for solid waste disposal where the waste generator pays according to the quantity of disposal requested.
(h) "Recyclables" means donated commodities from post-consumer use.
(i) "Single-Family Residential Dwelling Unit (SFRDU)" means a residence contained in a building with one to four homes under a common roof.
(j) "Solid Waste" means non-industrial residues; trash, rubbish, garbage, refuse, and other unwanted discards.
