The International Property Maintenance Code, as adopted in Section 1496.01, is hereby amended as follows:
Section 101.1 Title. (Amended)

Section 106.4 Violation penalties. (Amended)
Any person who shall violate a provision of this code shall, upon conviction thereof, be subject to a fine of not less than $25.00 nor more than $100.00 for a first offense. If a second offense occurs within a 12-month period, said violation shall be a fourth degree misdemeanor, subject to a maximum penalty of $250.00 and/or 30 days in jail. Each day that a violation continues after due notice has been served shall be deemed a separate offense.
Section 302.4. (Amended)
Include: a plant growth in excess of 10 inches in height.
