Whenever main lines are installed, sewer and water mains shall be extended to property lines of the subdivision. Connections to public sanitary sewer lines shall be subject to the approval of and according to the specifications of the Board of Public Utilities or the County Sanitary Engineer, depending upon jurisdiction.
