1.16.020: VIOLATION; MISDEMEANOR:
Whenever any act is prohibited or made or declared to be unlawful or an offense, or the doing of any act is required or the failure to do any act is declared to be unlawful or a misdemeanor by this code, then the violation of any such provision of this code by any person shall constitute a misdemeanor. (1989 Code)
