1.16.010: VIOLATION; CLASS B MISDEMEANOR:
All violations of this municipal code for which no lesser penalties are provided, are classified as class B misdemeanors, punishable by a fine not to exceed the sum of one thousand dollars ($1,000.00), or by imprisonment in the county jail not to exceed six (6) months or by both such fine and imprisonment. (1989 Code)
