Any person who violates any provision of this chapter shall be subject to a civil penalty. Any penalty assessed herein may be in addition to such other penalties as may be provided elsewhere in this code. Civil penalties shall be imposed as follows:
A. Thirty five dollars ($35.00) for the first violation;
B. Sixty dollars ($60.00) for the second violation within two (2) years of any prior violation;
C. One hundred ten dollars ($110.00) for a third or further violation within two (2) years of any prior violation;
D. Any penalties that are paid within five (5) normal working days from the date of receipt of notice of the violation shall be reduced by the sum of ten dollars ($10.00). (Ord. 92-17 § 1, 1992)
