13.20.030: FAILURE TO PAY FARES:
It is unlawful for any person to knowingly board a passenger vehicle of the Logan transit district which is transporting passengers in regular route service, without paying the established fare or board without presenting a valid transfer or pass for transportation on a public passenger vehicle. (Ord. 92-17 § 1, 1992)
