13.16.210: TRANSFORMERS:
   A.   No oil transformer shall be placed within or attached to any building other than a central station or a substation except by special permission of the manager of the municipal power system and the inspector of electric wiring.
   B.   No air cooled transformer operating at a potential exceeding two hundred (200) volts shall be placed within or attached to any building in the city other than the central station or a substation. (Prior code § 8-4-16)
