12.04.100: DRIVING ON SIDEWALK:
It is unlawful for any person to drive a team, or to lead, ride or drive any horse or motor vehicle upon and along any sidewalk or in any park unless on a driveway designated for motor vehicles. (Prior code § 12-9-12)
