12.04.080: SIGNS OVER STREETS:

It is unlawful for any person to construct or maintain any signs made of paper, muslin, cloth or other light inflammable material over any sidewalk, or on the outside of any building or structure within the fire limits of the city. (Prior code § 12-9-9)
