12.04.060: POSTED NOTICES OR ADVERTISEMENTS:

It is unlawful for any person, without authority, to tear down or deface any bill, notice, advertisement, any election or registration notice, or any other paper of business of legitimate character lawfully posted up within the limits of the city. (Prior code § 12-9-7)
