12.04.020: BARBED WIRE FENCES:
It is unlawful for any person to erect or cause to be erected or to maintain any barbed wire fence along or adjacent to any street or as a division fence between adjoining lots or parcels of land, either or which is occupied as place of residence; any such fence so erected or maintained is declared a nuisance. (Prior code § 12-9-2)
