10.68.020: DUTIES OF PARENTS AND GUARDIANS:
It is unlawful for the parents or guardian of any child to authorize or knowingly permit any child to ride, operate, possess or use a bicycle or micromobility device in violation of the provisions of this chapter. (Prior code § 5-1-2; amd. Ord. 22-10, 5-3-2022)
