10.56.130: BACKING:
   A.   The driver of a vehicle shall not back the same unless such movement can be made with safety and without interfering with other traffic, pedestrians or parked vehicles.
   B.   No vehicle shall be backed into or around a corner of any intersection.
   C.   The driver of any vehicle while backing such vehicle from a driveway or from a parked position onto a street with a marked centerline thereon shall not back across the centerline, but shall back only into the nearest traffic lane and shall then proceed forward only in the direction of proper traffic travel for such lane of traffic.
