9.40.050: APPEALS:

A. Right And Time To Appeal: A person who has been assessed a repair fee may appeal within ten (10) days of receiving the notice. No appeal shall be allowed after ten (10) days.

B. Manner Of Taking Appeal: A person may appeal the repair fee to a hearing officer appointed by the mayor. The appeal may be made by appearing before the hearing officer during regularly scheduled hours. (Ord. 92-56 § 1, 1992)
