The chief of police and any other department heads shall notify the city treasurer in writing of the name and address of the responsible person(s), the date and time of the incident, services performed, the cost thereof, and such other information as may be required. The city treasurer shall thereafter take action to collect the amount due. (Ord. 92-56 § 1, 1992)
