9.36.010: UNLAWFUL TO FLY CLOSER THAN ONE THOUSAND FEET; VIOLATION:
   A.   It is unlawful for any operator of any airplane to fly or operate the same closer than one thousand feet (1,000') to the ground surface within the corporate limits of the city, or to do any "stunt" or other dangerous flying within the corporate limits.
   B.   Any violation of this section shall be a misdemeanor. (1989 Code: prior code § 12-16-1)
