A. It is unlawful for any person who is in official custody to escape from that custody.
B. "Official custody", for the purpose of this section, means arrest.
C. It is unlawful for any person to aid another person to escape from official custody; or to knowingly provide or attempt to provide a person in official custody with anything which may facilitate such person's escape.
D. It is unlawful for any person to furnish, or to attempt to furnish, or to take into the county jail, or to deliver to any prisoner therein confined, or in the custody of any officer of such prison, any weapon, tool, intoxicating drink, drug, merchandise or food or other article without the consent of the officer in charge.
